What’s Included in Ultra Tune Roadside Assistance?
Our Roadside Assistance and vehicle breakdown service covers a wide range of unexpected issues that can leave you stranded. If we can’t get your car moving on the spot, we’ll organise towing to your nearest Ultra Tune Service Centre or authorised repairer.
Included support:
- Flat battery jump call out starts using surge-protected cables
- Emergency fuel delivery call out up to $15 worth
- Tyre change call out & assistance using your own spare tyre and tools
- Towing for breakdowns to an Ultra Tune location (within service limits)
If your car cannot be repaired at the roadside, we’ll safely transport it to a service centre for further inspection.

What’s Not Included?
While we cover most common emergency roadside assistance, some exclusions apply:
- Lockout situations or lost keys (although we can refer you to a third-party locksmith)
- Repairs or servicing, including parts and labour
- Towing after an accident or theft

Who Qualifies for Our Complimentary Roadside Assistance?
You may be eligible for 12 months of free Roadside Assistance if:
- You are an Australian resident or business
- Your vehicle received a handbook service or repairs over $150 at an Ultra Tune Service Centre within the last 12 months
- The Ultra Tune invoice confirms Roadside Assistance has been applied
Your vehicle must also:
- Be registered and used primarily for private purposes
- Be less than 16 years old
- Have travelled under 275,000 km
- Be less than 5.5 metres in length and under 3.5 tonnes in weight
Vehicles used for commercial purposes, motor sport, or managed by fleet companies do not qualify. If unsure, contact your local Ultra Tune for confirmation.
What If My Vehicle Isn’t Eligible?
Not every vehicle meets the eligibility criteria for free Ultra Tune Roadside Assistance, but that doesn’t mean you’re on your own. If your car breaks down and is not covered by our complimentary program, we can still help.
Simply call our 24/7 hotline on 1800 069 459, and our team will support you over the phone with guidance based on your situation. If further help is needed, we can connect you with a reliable third-party service provider who may be able to attend your location.
Here’s how it works:
- We’ll ask you for some basic information about your location, contact details, and the symptoms or issues you’re experiencing
- Our team will either give you the details of a suitable third-party provider, or request that they contact you directly
- The third-party provider will then reach out to discuss your needs and give you a clear estimate of any fees involved
There is never any obligation to use the third-party service. You’re free to decline if the terms don’t suit you. If you do choose to proceed, any agreement is strictly between you and the provider. This includes full responsibility for any costs, services, or timelines discussed.
Ultra Tune does not take payment for third-party services and cannot guarantee the outcome, quality, or delivery of their work. However, we do our best to recommend professional and capable service partners.

Where Is Our Roadside Assistance Available?
Our emergency roadside assistance service covers most areas across Australia, including metro, regional, and selected remote locations. Your vehicle must be accessible and safe for our team to attend. For example, we can assist you at home, in a public car park, or on an open road. However, we cannot attend locations that are unsafe, off-road, or have restricted access.
